The Excel EX-226
kiln is a premium quality machine at HandsnClay's discounted pricing. The EX-226 can be purchased with the optional SelectFire
control (similar to Skutt's KilnMaster). This control is simple to
use, rugged, flexible, programmable, and very accurate. The best part
about it is that you don't have to use cones!!!
The EX-226 is the perfect size for a home or
small studio. It can easily hold two shelves so that you can fire many
pieces at once, and, up to cone 10! With the SelectFire control, you can
also use this kiln to slump or fuse glass.
